Musician Portraits
These are portraits I've done of some of my favorite musicians. Some are famous, and some are obscure. I choose subjects out of the blue. I simply get inspired and do it. I get a sudden thought that there needs to be a woodcut of this person. A lot of these "moments" hit when I'm listening to old country music- the format just seems to fit- but I've done some of my favorite Jazz and rock 'n' roll musicians as well.
