This piece was originally drawn and cut in 1995. I had always printed it in black and white and separately. Currently, I decided to print the pieces together to create an overall image of a house or church, and to add some red color bouncing through both images.
Here's the text on the bottom left-
"View from my window at 564 Sackett St, Brooklyn, NY. This print is dedicated to "Old Tommy" who lived his whole life on the block in the house that his father built. Tommy fought in WW2 landing at Omaha Beach. He was the neighborhood "watchman" making sure the neighborhood was OK. It always was."
