This image is from a dramatic sight I came across of some rather scrubby scrub oaks silhouetted against a large dramatic cloud and a vivid blue sky. It reminded me of the paintings of the great Romantic era German painter Casper David Friedrich, thus the title. The person leaning on the jeep is an homage to Friedrich's style of having a person gaze toward nature's beauty in a state of awe- the sublime.
