The Unitarian Church
woodcut
12" x 18"
2011

Another image of the Unitarian Church. This time from Main St. As I said before, from the street, you always view the church through a web of electrical lines and trees. From this view, the the steeple stands out above the fray. I've always thought that the Unitarian church was "for the people" more so than other denominations. It's accepting and positive to a fault (I'm a Quaker, and prefer the silence). So I wanted to show how the church works it's way through the wires and trees of life to connect with whoever wants to walk through the doors.
